For a one-time fee of $595, you’ll get coverage on replacement retainers and repairs, without the stress of surprise expenses or complicated approvals.
What’s Included in the Plan?
- 5 Years of Coverage for lost, broken, or damaged retainers — no questions asked
- Up to 4 clear retainers or fixed retainer repairs per year (max of 20 over 5 years)
- Low Co-Pay:
- Co-pay: $25 per arch for replacement/repair
- 2 Retainers per visit allowed
- Replacement model fee: $50 (or $25 per arch)
- Includes 2 bleach syringes for whitening each time you get a new model
- Plan begins immediately after treatment and is valid for 5 years
- Excludes any treatment to move teeth or close spaces again
- Financing available during orthodontic treatment
