I have been a patient at this office for almost two years, and my experience has been excellent. In addition to the outstanding professional care I have received throughout my orthodontic treatment, I want to highlight the exceptional customer service.
Whenever an issue comes up, the team always does their best to find the best solution for their patients. I recently had a scheduling issue, and they resolved it right away, which I truly appreciated.
I drive about 35 minutes to get to the office, so sometimes I arrive just on time because of traffic or unexpected delays. Even so, they have always been willing to work with me, whether it’s adjusting an appointment, finding another time, or offering the best possible solution.
The doctor and the entire front desk team make a great team. They have always made me feel welcome and valued as a patient. I believe great customer service is just as important as excellent treatment, and that’s one of the things that has always made this office stand out.
